The Position

The Candidate
- Must have relevant Degree or Diploma in Hotel & Restaurant Management / Catering Field.
- Related experience preferably in Airline Catering or in a 5-Star Hotel.
- Possess wide exposure and practical knowledge on the latest food production technology.
- Knowledge in Food Presentation, Food Fairs and Food Competitions
- Good command of English (knowledge of other foreign language is an advantage)
- Awareness of Hygiene & Food Safety (HACCP) and ISO System.
- Self-motivated, with an analytical mind and able to work under pressure.
The Package
