I am looking for a organized and self disciplined Sous Chef.
Duties will be to assist the Chef de Cuisine in running International Cuisine All Day Dining Restaurant with 96 seating capacity.
Ideal candidate will have stable experience in both quality restaurants and hotels. This is a very challenging role and Sous Chef must be used to large volume operation whilst still maintaining high standards of cuisine, be good in training and delegating to staff, firm but fair, ready to step into running the kitchen in the Chef de Cuisine’s absence.
